My Introduction

I have a fantastic understanding of the Real Estate Market here in Palm Beach County. I know that sounds like Im patting myself on the back a little bit, so please permit me to explain:

First off, and probably most important, I live right in the heart of where I work. When a new Client asks me for information about Palm Beach they wont have to wonder if Im guessing or think that Im just making something up! I actually live right here in Palm Beach Gardens - I can tell you about the Communities, the Schools, the Shopping, the Restaurants and Recreation - because I experience it all on a day-to-day basis.

I am a Realtor® with Leibowitz Realty Group AND a Mortgage Broker with Knightlines Mortgage Services, LLC. Instead of dealing with an Agent who knows nothing about Financing, or a Mortgage Broker who is used to nothing but a computer screen with numbers, I am able to see things from both sides. This helps make the entire process much smoother - the guesswork disappears.

Purchasing a Home will be one of the biggest - if not THE biggest - transaction in your life.

Hi, Marc!

Just wanted to check in to see what you've been up to since you mentioned that you have a new website. I haven't seen the 'old' one, is this the 'new' one?

Please let me know if you're pleased with the company that built your website. I'm looking for a good but reasonable web builder.

Hi Yolanda-
This is part of the new one- there is still a bit of work to be done, but things have been great so far.

The Company I'm using is RSSPieces and I would highly recommend them - I checked out several other companies and they just couldn't compare.
