Let's start off today with a look at what happened in with real estate in the Palm Beach Gardens community of  PGA National.

• In 2006, 202 properties sold - ranging in price from $114,900 to $1,250,000.
• In 2007, 165 units sold.  The prices went from $79,000 up to (again) $1,250,000.

Many people would think that a decline in sales activity is not the greatest thing to report-

But I pride myself on reporting the facts in real estate - something the mainstream media seems to have gotten away from!

As a consumer YOU need to know what's going on WITHOUT the extreme 'spin' we see in the papers and on TV.

Looking to this year, I'm confident that we will see some improvement in the number of sales.
