Palm Beach Real Estate and Loans: Egret Landing Market Update September '07

Sales in Egret Landing were a little calm in September '07 BUT the good news is that there was more real estate activity this year then in  '06.

As long as things continue to be positive - that's all that counts!

Here are the sales figures:

As far as new listings, 2 were added this month - bringing the total number of ACTIVE listings to 38.

The available homes range from $379,000 to $869,000.
