Palm Beach Real Estate and Loans: PGA National Market Update September '07

The sales in PGA National were almost the same as in September of '06 with 9 homes selling as opposed to 8.

Ten new properties were listed bring the total number of ACTIVE listings to 253 - ranging from $94,900 to $4,750,000.
