Egret Landing Market Report for October 2007

October real estate sales in the Jupiter comunity of Egret Landing were a little off-

Unfortunately there were no sales last month, compared to 1 last year at the same time.

I certainly don't like to report bad news - but it is what it is.  I'd rather tell you the truth, even if it's not great.

There are curently 40 properties listed from $399,000 to $1,399,000.

Let's all look forward to having a busy Winter season!
