<p style="text-align: center;">Perfect example: About an hour ago I received a call form someone that was considering buying in PGA National. &#160;They wanted to get my opinion on when homes would start 'selling again'. &#160;This is the part that I really hate, too many people have been brainwashed into thinking that real estate is dead and nothing could be farther from the truth!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Simply put, prices HAVE come down, mortgage rates are STILL low and real estate IS moving.</p>
