Jupiter Real Estate Report - Egret Landing - End of 2007 / Beginning of 2008

Positive news in the Palm Beach real estate world?!?

IMPOSSIBLE!

Not really - it's just that you'll most likely never get that info from the newspapers.....

So I'll give you the good stuff:

There is a fantastic neighborhood in Jupiter, Fl - just North of Palm Beach Gardens - called Egret Landing.

In 2006, 17 homes sold there ranging from $410,000 to $785,000.

Last year (2007) 42 properties sold from $339,000 to $828,000.

It's only my opinion of course, but that seems to be a great increase in activity.

When I have Clients that are looking for fantastic real estate, but they aren't interested in golf / country clubs, this is the first place I would take them.

Starting off 2008 there are 38 homes listed in a wide range of prices - starting at $399,900 and going up to $1,399,000.

Of course, 2 of the best listings are mine....

and the time to see them is NOW.

Keep up the great news on neighborhoods and properties.  All we hear is how bad Florida, CA, NY, NV, and others are doing.  I like others love Florida - I will be there some day.  Thanks.

There is good news all over Florida, but you won't read about it in the press until it's a slow news day, I guess.
