Good News about Real Estate Prices-

People come to me everyday concerned about the value of real estate in Palm Beach Gardens.

The Sellers are nervous because they don't want things to slide even further-

The Buyers want to know of exactly when things will hit bottom so that they get the best deal possible.

I'm concerned also - not only am I an Agent in the area, I own property here as well.

More great news came out the other day in an article written by David Pitt - an AP Personal Finance Writer.

He had interviewed Gus Faucher - the Director of Macroeconomics at Moody's Economy.com

In the Article - Financial Experts say recession end's by year's end - Mr Faucher said:

Home sales will turn around by midyear and home prices will begin recovering by the end of this year after bottoming out at 35 percent of their value from peak to trough. Home prices won't return to their values of a few years ago during the boom, but will recover from current lows...

Some great things have already been happening in our area.  Look at PGA National - so far in '09 over 50 homes have sold and currently 20+ are either contingent or pending.

Homes ARE selling, so if you're interested now is the time to start looking - that great deal may not be around too much longer!
