If this keeps up, we may get spoiled-

On Tuesday I wrote about some Great Florida Real Estate News, but it's fantastic to see that things are looking up all across the country:

Earlier this week from Shaun Donovan - Secretary, Housing and Urban Development (HUD):

"This week we have seen some encouraging news on housing. Sales of both new and existing homes rose in February for the first time in more than six months, while home prises are starting to stabilize.  Although there will be many ups and downs in the coming months, this news should reinforce the importance of the steps we have already taken to stabilize the housing market and strengthen our economy,...."

We're only human and we do tend to have blinders on - I spend the majority of my time on luxury real estate in Palm Beach Gardens, for instance - but until things start to improve overall we can't expect to really see the Country come back from the recession.

While it's too early to say definitively that the worst is over, any positive news is certainly welcome.

As the word gets out that things are headed in the right direction, Buyers that have been sitting on the fence waiting and waiting will have to start to make decisions.
