Palm Beach Real Estate and Loans

I just finished a conversation with a local Homeowner who wanted to know when the best time of the year would be to sell his real estate in Palm Beach County.  I love easy questions - the answer, of course, is:

NOW!

Now I'm not trying to make light of the situation - nor am I going with the old 'no time like the present' argument!

The fact of the matter is that in my specialty area - northern Palm Beach County - more high-end real estate sells in January, February and March then the entire rest of the year.

If you want to sell your home in 2008, you need to list it now.  No if's, and's or but's.

We need to get everything set NOW so that when the beginning of 2008 hits, everything is ready to go -

In addition, we need to make sure that your home is priced properly to attract Buyers.  Don't forget, we still have a very strong Buyer's Market here - the Buyer has the upper hand, so we need to make sure that your home stands out from the others.
