Palm Beach Gardens Luxury Real Estate - BallenIsles Second Quarter '09 Sales

Here we are with more good news from the second quarter of 2009-

There were 10 SALES in BallenIsles between 4/1/09 and 6/30/09.

In addition there are 13 more either CONTINGENT or PENDING.

 

Once again we see that luxury property IS moving in Palm Beach Gardens!

 

Tomorrow I'll report the results from Mirasol - sorry for the short post, but I have to head back out for showings...

Good to hear that there's action in the high-end market there. I'm curious to know if prices for  luxury properties have dropped there and by how much.
