Palm Beach Real Estate and Loans: Ibis Market Update September '07

More good news - the sales in Ibis are up from last year

Here is a quick summary:

Eight homes were sold this September as opposed to only 3 last year.

Fourteen homes were added to the ACTIVE listings, bringing the total to 161. They range from $249,000 to $3,795,000.

**** Very Important: If you are considering buying in Ibis, this is the best time to do it!  Anyone that closes on a home before 11/1/07 DOES NOT have to purchase a Club Membership if they choose not to.  After that a Membership will be required with every home.
