Price Reductions on Palm Beach Gardens Condos- Midtown at the Gardens

If you've been looking for great deals on new condos, you'd be hard pressed to do better then the units at Midtown at the Gardens located right off of PGA Boulevard.

There are still some units available, but after the most recent price drop they won't be around for long.

You can actually get brand new units with stainless GE appliances, granite countertops and much more starting around $115,000.

 

These aren't short sales or any kind of crazy deal, they are just a perfect example of real estate that is priced TO SELL!
