This is a report on the real estate sales activity in BallenIsles  between 1/1/2007 and 8/31/2007.

From this point on, the BallenIsles reports will be done monthly - with a recap at the end of the year.

30 Homes have sold in all of the subdivisions of BallenIsles so far this year - all data is from MLS.

There's no way around it - market reports are not the most exciting things to read, or write!

Then why do it?

Because YOU as a potential Client need to know what is going on in the community that you are concerned with. 

If you live there, you want to know the facts about what has sold.  If you are looking to buy there you'll want to see the final sales prices of the other homes. 

Once real estate is sold all of these facts go into Public Record - I've just condensed them to make the job easier for you. (What a nice guy.....)

The first reports on each community will be for 1/1/2007 through 8/31/07.  From then on there will be monthly updates.

BallenIsles has a club - the 'Beach Bikers' - that is overdue for some praise!

In April this group of 8 cyclists participated in the MS Ride from Miami to Key Largo and Back - a round trip of 150 miles.

Everyone rode at least 100 miles and five of the eight completed the entire course - even with some horrible headwinds on the second day.

As an ex-cyclist myself (mainly time-trials) I can vouch for the fact that this is no easy feat....

The return trip was finished off with a lap around the Homestead Race Track.

The BallenIsles Beach Bikers raised over $8,000 for Multiple Sclerosis research this year!

Northern Palm Beach County is filled with Golf / Country Clubs - but the one I get the most requests about is BallenIsles.

BallenIsles has been well known locally for years but in 2007 the new Platinum Club Rankings came out which rated it 5th on the list of the most highly thought of Residential Club Communities in America!

Needless to say, that brought the desire for property there even higher¦..
