Don't get me wrong, price adjustments are not always bad as longas you START with a realistic price and update accordingly based on new / changed listings and market conditions. It doesn't matter if you're in a Buyer's or Seller's Market - there are some basic things that you need to know: #1, Without a doubt, is knowing how to MARKET your property properly. Leave a comment » Thinking of buying a home in PGA National - well, what are you waiting for?Believe it or not - every now and then clients do ask me about homes for sale in areas other then BallenIsles-
Perfect example: About an hour ago I received a call form someone that was considering buying in PGA National. They wanted to get my opinion on when homes would start 'selling again'. This is the part that I really hate, too many people have been brainwashed into thinking that real estate is dead and nothing could be farther from the truth! Simply put, prices HAVE come down, mortgage rates are STILL low and real estate IS moving. I have to run off to a showing, so I'll make it quick:
Since 1/1/2010 40 homes have gone to contract / closed in PGA National. Are you going to take advantage of a great situation or would you rather be sitting around in 6 months saying "I wish I would have....."
