Leave a comment » Rentals in Palm Beach Gardens and JupiterWell, it happened again.... Someone approached me in the grocery store yesterday and said that he knew that I was in real estate, but since I 'only handle Buyers and Sellers' could I recommend someone to help him find a rental?!?! I was shocked! I don't know why anyone would make that assumption because I certainly DO work with rentals!
So, if your looking for yearly or seasonal: Palm Beach Gardens rentals Jupiter rentals Juno Beach rentals or rentals in the surrounding areas, don't hesitate to give me a call at 561-282-7406. AND if you are going to need a seasonal rental (Dec, Jan, Feb, March) we need to start working on it NOW - last year quite a few people contacted me in November and they were surprised to find out that they were out of luck. Don't wait too long.....

Leave a comment » Palm Beach Gardens Luxury Real Estate - RentalsActivity in the area continues to increase - and that includes with rental homes. New Clients continue to contact me regarding the possibility of renting homes - both seasonally and annually. The good news is that there is quite a bit of luxury real estate for rent in Palm Beach Gardens. BallenIsles, Mirasol, PGA National, Old Palm (and more) all have homes available. Condos, townhouses and single family homes in all different price ranges and different types of memberships.
Many people are coming to the area and a lot of them are considering renting a home for a year while they see if they like what Palm Beach Gardens has to offer - the lifestyle, schools, transportation, beaches, golf, etc. Not a bad idea really - rent for a year, look for a home at your leasure and then buy.
And just in case you were wondering....

Leave a comment » Seasonal Rentals in Palm Beach Gardens - What's Still Available? Here's a hint - If you're thinking of getting a seasonal rental in Palm Beach Gardens (especially PGA National, BallenIsles, Mirasol) stop reading this article and call me NOW. Blunt enough for you? There are properties left, but depending on what your wants and needs are you might not be able to get the perfect property. I mentioned this in a Renter's 'Head's Up' a few weeks ago, but people are still dragging their feet. I just got a call from someone who had a loooooooong list of things that the family simply HAD to have. Well, there was nothing available! She didn't believe me, but the majority of seasonal rentals get picked up much earlier then this. Keep something in mind, as an Agent, I ONLY get paid if a transaction is completed - the last thing I want to tell someone is 'NO'! Don't let the year end on a sour note.......

Leave a comment » A Head's Up for Potential Seasonal Renters-I'd like to thank everyone that contacted me after my post about the fact that I DO, unlike so many other agents, actually welcome RENTAL Clients. Now, year-round rentals are one thing, but Palm Beach Gardens also attracts a lot of families that are looking for seasonal rentals. These are typically December to the end of February or even March. And full golf memberships are a BIG plus. However - people have waited way, WAY too long to secure rentals for the coming winter season!
