Palm Beach Real Estate and Loans

People ask me that every day - they want to know if THIS is the time to buy real estate in Palm Beach Gardens.

Unfortunately, there are too many people in the real estate business who say that it's ALWAYS a great time to buy and to sell.  There's nothing wrong with being postitve - but they are a bit deluded.

None of us has a crystal ball - I know if I did, I'd just pick the lottery #'s and stop working!

The reality of the situation is this:  right now we have a very healthy inventory of real estate for sale in Palm Beach Gardens, prices have come down in the last few months and this is typically the busiest part of the year for luxury home sales.

All of that combines to make what's called a 'buyer's market' - a great time to buy.

Easy, right?

However a lot of people aren't happy unless they obsess over the fact that prices COULD drop tomorrow --- but they could also INCREASE tomorrow.

Take advantage of things while they're inexpensive - or wait for prices to increase and inventory to drop........  it's your choice.
